Hello. While we appreciate your right to feedback, we hope that now the issue has been resolved you will reconsider your 2* review for our service. Just to highlight the facts...2x bookings were placed by you through Snowcompare.com at 17:11 (UK time) on 27th October. The first was confirmed at 17:45 that same day, and the second confirmed 1 minute later at 17:46. Both times a confirmation email was sent to you. You sent us an email at 20:46 on 30th October stating that you had only received 1 confirmation and asking for the other. We replied first thing the next morning at 08:29 UK time to clarify, received an email back from you at 09:09 and then replied again at 09:46 to reassure you both bookings had been confirmed and sent in the correct manner and that the second one had most likely been placed in junk by your email service. We then resent the confirmation to you immediately. We appreciate this may have caused you some anxiety perhaps, but given the facts above I'm not sure we could have done much more, and we 100% confirmed your bookings and answered your emails in an more than timely fashion.
