A little harsh to give a 1* review we think. It is true the customer did not receive a booking confirmation until they requested it though. We have checked the website logs and when the booking was confirmed our automated system could not send a confirmation email. This is the only time this has ever happened and the only reason we can find is that the customer may have previously put their email address on a 'no send' list perhaps. Customer emailed us at 08:10 to say they had not received a confirmation email and at 09:39 they were provided with a replacement confirmation with our apologies so the situation was remedied promptly as soon as we were made aware of the issue.
