Evri lost my parcel and it was a birthday present for a family member so I was very anxious to sort replacements. Snow + Rock were brilliant in their communication and they replaced the lost items....

I think the sizing at snow an rock for Toni Sailer ski wear needs addressing , I ordered a medium an was sent a size 50 which on the Toni Sailer site is Large, changed for a small which was a euro...

Snow and rock where as a whole very good unfortunately this particular product is in my opinion of poor quality and lacks the ability to be used efficiently and would suggest finding a better quality...

Unfortunately the staff were at the end of a busy shift and seemed stressed. The guy who served me knew nothing about snow sports which seemed odd . Good job I knew exactly what I was buying.
