Terrible customer service, not knowledgeable about product, left to go on break before finishing sale, dud not have product so had to be sent but delayed & had to chase them up so I could have them...
The sales assistants in store were helpful, juggling multiple groups of customers but still remaining attentive. I was really pleased with the price match facility.
