While we have reviewed the matter with our local supplier, we fully understand that the most important point is how supported and confident you felt at the start of your journey. Your experience suggests that the briefing could have been clearer and more comprehensive, and we will work with our partner to improve this for future travelers. We also appreciate your comments regarding the route signposting. Although signage is maintained by local authorities rather than SloWays, we value this feedback and will pass it on to the relevant bodies so that it can be taken into consideration. Our navigation app is intended as an additional support tool and can be particularly helpful whenever signage is unclear or missing. The app can be used offline once the route has been downloaded, and our duty contact remains available 7 days a week should assistance be needed during the trip.
