All in all Sloways provided the bookings for the trip. The communication was not the best. The guide book, credential and baggage tags were provided at the first hotel and not sent to me 2 weeks...

I'm happy to know that you have enjoyed the trip, although I appreciate these logistics problems may have made your experience even better. From what I hear from the Sales team, there was an unfortunate problem with your initial mail being deleted by mistake, which may be the cause for the communication problems you mentioned. The documentation should have been sent to you in advance, so this seems to have been a problem from our side - we will look into that to make sure this does not happen again. We hope that you still enjoyed most of your cycling trip and built great memories on the road. We are looking forward to have vou back and for the chance to prove how smooth our booking process can be!

Just to point out that I was on a walking tour and not a cycling tour. Details like that show that communication is not the best. When I called before the start of the trip, I was told the material would be at the first hotel so obviously this was not an oversight but standard practice. Again - communication is not clear.

All good: route guidance, accommodation and bag transfer.

All went according to plan with a couple of exceptions. Route guidance good, accommodation very comfortable and bag transfer as expected.
