Our booking receipt and confirmation emails come from 'documents@skiworld.co.uk' and do occasionally end up in some customers' junk mail folders due to stringent spam filtering, much to everyone's frustration. We’ve recently introduced an automatic email notification, sent within an hour of an online booking, to confirm that we’ve received a customer's booking request.
