Better than the competition.
Much more realistic appraisal than the competitors who only matched prices to other similar properties. They identified key market differences and priced accordingly after a thorough inspection.

A thoroughly professional , friendlyEstate Agents.
They generated lots of viewings, gave good feedback from each viewing and kept us fully informed . Having a named person to speak to plus regular updates was a bonus.
