They did everything well, a pleasant sensitive young lady helped me arrange everything. The documents were received promptly and a follow up courtesy call was made.

I have not finished with Simplicity. I am waiting for an invoice showing the amount I paid, for the IHT forms in respect of HMRC.. Which has been promised but not materialised ? Also I have now...

Organised a direct cremation action paid in full only they rang me back up to state a further payment of £195 for out of hours fee for picking up body not happy what a joke not keeping me informed...
