Poor Service
Very bad customer service. Did not get a receipt until I called and requested to speak to a manager. My uncle was not collected for a week even though paying £250 for immediate collection

An all-round excellent service
Everything was done efficiently and the service ran smoothly. Music was precisely as requested but was too loud.
