Simple. Courteous.
Have already recommended Simplicity as they very much live up to their name. The whole process couldn’t be simpler. All contacts were very courteous.

I haven’t been informed that the cremation has taken place I would have given you five stars If you had, it’s the only thing that I felt you could have done.

Excellent service
It was made so easy for me. Wendy answered all my questions and it was a great relief when done. I have received the invoice and a wonderful pack with everything necessary there. Thank you.
