I was very happy with the service I got & the respect of the staff for the dealing of my sad loss of my partner
They were really supportive and great service. Would recommend couldnt have asked for better.

Friendly staff, easy to choose your plan of choice and very affordable.
The telephone assistant was very polite and helpful. I haven't yet received my documents so I can't comment further.

They have not sent my funeral plan ordered over 3 weeks ago. Each time I ask they say it will go out tomorrow.
