Dear Mrs Dines,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the Links of Love Bracelet. We apologise that you feel that this product is flimsy. Please be advised that this particular bracelet is designed to be a delicate item due to the layers of chains making up the band. Should you be unhappy with a purchase we do have a free returns policy for refund on items, unworn, within 14 working days of purchase.
