Unfortunately, while we dispatch all orders as standard on a next-day service occasionally delays occur. We are aware all courier services experienced higher than usual demand following the Easter Bank Holiday and were unable to fulfill all deliveries in their normal timely manner.

I completely understand how frustrating it is not to receive your order on time, especially when you’re unable to get through to someone and then have to track down where the parcel has been left. Not being notified that it was delivered to a neighbour is certainly not the level of service you should expect.
