We completely understand how distressing it must have been to be dropped off at a location that was a considerable distance from your hotel and then having to continue on foot along a busy road. To clarify, the transfer you booked was a shared shuttle service. These services operate with pre-assigned pick-up and drop-off points determined by the transport supplier. As a result, they are not always able to provide door-to-door service, and hotels in certain areas are served via designated stops rather than direct hotel drop-off. That said, we do understand your disappointment, especially given your circumstances, and we are very sorry that this was not made clearer or that the final drop-off point was not suitable for your needs. We also regret that this led you to cancel your return transfer with us.
