We are very sorry that your transfer to Rethymno was missed due to your flight delay from Denmark and that you were left waiting for several hours. For shared shuttle services, when a flight is delayed and the originally scheduled transfer is missed, a seat is always offered on the next available departure. We regret that in your case this was not communicated or managed more smoothly at the time of arrival, leading to unnecessary waiting.
