As your booking was for a shared shuttle service, some waiting time is to be expected while other passengers are collected before the transfer departs. Regarding your return transfer, the pick-up time was scheduled based on the flight information provided at the time of booking. The departure time we received was 11:30, and the transfer was arranged accordingly. Unfortunately, we were not informed of the updated flight time until after the booking had been finalized. Please note that we are happy to accept booking amendments or cancellations up to 48 hours before the travel date. As your request was received after this deadline, it was no longer possible to make changes to the shared shuttle booking, and the late cancellation fee was therefore applicable in accordance with our booking terms. We are sorry to hear that you felt one of our team members was rude during your call. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We are pleased, however, that a colleague was able to explain the available alternative of upgrading to a private transfer.
