Dear Customer, We just want to confirm that we have worked closely with Trading Standards who have approved all the actions we have taken. The bath stand is completely safe when used correctly, and meets all European safety standards. If the bath is fitted incorrectly, then the new safety strap will prevent the bath from falling.
