Shield Total Insurance レビュー

Have not had cause to make a claim so don't know how good Shield will be. But transfer of insurance to a new house was easy and they were really helpful.

I have cancelled my insurance

Thanks for offering me the cover.

Such a long wait on hold only to be told I had to pay £20 for my policy to have correct info on it. Although the girl was really helpful and patient.

Never needed to speak to any staff except a few years ago when Insurance was set up otherwise all dealing done now by post.

Very pleased to have vehicle covered

We were already with shield with our old caravan just needed to swap insurance onto the new van and they made it easy

OK as far as insurers go - NOT Cheap and rule changes

I am very happy using this insurance ,when I sold my caravan I got a new one which I needed cover for me to go pick it up from down south we done this by phone which gave me peace of mind, the only...

I was anxious not to get an automatic email after I paid my money. This was exacerbated when I called and was told the systems were down. My second call resolved the problem.
