I've not had to make any claims,but so far their service has been good.

I stupidly sent documents that should have gone to DVLA in their envelope by mistake. After a phone call from them telling me they had them they forwarded them on for me.

Quick - easy to understand - and at a very reasonable priced premium...Have already told friends about this company...would recommend to anyone who wishes to insure their caravan..
