I was advise 2 hours before placing the order that delivery would be 3-5 days. Some of the goods arrived 3 days after order date but the balance took 12 days to arrive and at no point was I advised...
the delivery was prompt and well before the estimated date. it replaces one we have had for many years that was unrepairable so suited our purposed exactly
All their information talks about next day, so why did it take nearly 2 weeks from order
