Placed an order, it was sent to the incorrect address, they haven't redirected it or sent out a replacement order to the correct address, so as yet I have not received my order.

Thank you for your valued feedback. Having investigated your order I can see that unfortunately the information we received for your delivery address online was incorrect. Once the parcel was returned to ourselves by our courier, we added the correct address for you and the parcel was able to be delivered. Got all the items I requested. Assistant on the phone was very helpful.
Excellent service. At the price I paid I thought it wouldn't arrive for a few days but I got my item the next morning delivered by a reliable national courier. I shall buy from Seton again.
