Good overall had the plane turn around mid flight back to Gatwick. Crying babies all the way. Nothing like a Titan flight

This is disappointing to hear and I am sorry this was your experience. I am surprised your rep was not more helpful as the rep at Kombo is usually fantastic. I do hope there were other aspects of your stay you were able to enjoy. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Very helpful and patient putting together our holiday. Took a while as I'd left it rather last minute to book, so had to juggle a bit
