Restaurant manager checked in on me if he was working because I am a solo traveler. The housekeeper was lovely. The staff on the bar were pleasant but not enough of them.

Thank you for the review and helpful tips! It sounds like you had a great time.
Good overall had the plane turn around mid flight back to Gatwick. Crying babies all the way. Nothing like a Titan flight

This is disappointing to hear and I am sorry this was your experience. I am surprised your rep was not more helpful as the rep at Kombo is usually fantastic. I do hope there were other aspects of your stay you were able to enjoy. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Very helpful and patient putting together our holiday. Took a while as I'd left it rather last minute to book, so had to juggle a bit
