They did everything well!!

Excellent, helpful, friendly staff. A mistake was made on booking form (complicated one) but sorted promptly. I rarely give 5*'s

Booking service good and very helpful

Easy to get through on telephone and helpful operator.

All efficient and organised

The whole experience was what we had been hoping for and your Agent was extremelly helpful.

It was fine, no complaints. We got what we wanted.

We are seasoned travellers, and this was the worst holiday we have ever booked. Once we were paid our money over we felt that was service over!! My husband is from Malaysia, and a resident in the UK....
