Thank you for your comment on our packaging, we welcome feedback on how we can improve and will be speaking about how we can better this.

Just to reassure you, all the packaging we use is responsibly sourced and is reusable or indeed recyclable if you do not wish to reuse it. We used to use much smaller packaging however we found with the smaller the packaging it was more likely to be lost in the post, so we have made the packaging much more noticeable and more unlikely to get lost and for security, it is less likely to look like a jewellery delivery, which also helps the guys who order and engagement ring and do not want their partner to know what is in the package and it helps with the wow factor for the brides. Should you ever want to order from us again in the future please do not hesitate to let us know that you would like less packaging we are more than happy to accommodate you.

Thank you for your feedback. As you are based overseas we wanted to ensure the ring was perfect before we sent the parcel. So we sent over high-resolution images of the finished ring to ensure you were happy and gave the option of any amendments if required. To which it was agreed the ring represented the CAD image approved. We welcome any comments, and of course, will always help in any way we can to make adjustments if the design isn't as expected. Our finished designs are quality controlled by numerous members of our team before being carefully packaged and shipped. We welcome clients to get in touch straight away if there is an issue with anything on receiving the parcel. If we can help with anything else at all please let our team know.
