It took us a while to unravel this one as you booked a 2016 Dufour 350 and actually received a 2016 Dufour 350. However we have accepted that you were initially charged for the 3 cabin version and received the 2 cabin version, which with 2 on board hopefully worked out better for you. We have now sorted out the refund of the price difference as per direct correspondence between us. .

Thanks for your feedback. All your points have been noted and taken up with the base team. The change in yacht from in mast furling to a battened main was a local decision for technical reasons. We will write to you about this and technical issues directly.
As you know first hand, anchor chains are matked in some of our destinations and we will certainly be implementing this for the Ionian fleet for nexdt year.

A quiet, peaceful location - so please Don't tell your Friends!

New Crew this year, but same excellent and friendly service - esp. Robbie! Lots of attention to fixing gear. Well organised beach, although "Rescue Boat Lane" limited beach access a little.
