Most staff pleasant and helpful. One rather over reacted to me trying to insure as a recent storm had missed our area and passed but he was talking rubbish and all sorted next time I phoned.

I cannot fault the quote process and taking out insurance with this Company. However, the test of an Insurance Company comes if one ever needs to make a claim. Hopefully that will never be tested...
