The personnel on Scenic Jasper were without exception friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always a smile.

The people from the scenic Ruby were excellent. I liked that they get to know you a bit and know what you like or don’t like. As I do not drink alcohol the wait staff in the dining room tempered...
Noise coming from generator was intolerable. If booking a Panorama suite at the rear of the ship ask if they are running a generator when in port - if so, don't book these cabins.

Excellent tour guide, bus driver & hop on tour guides. Hotels amazing and everything on the tour was so well planned & organised. Can't speak higher of everything!!!

Service was first rate, staff were attentive and response to guest needs and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were friendly, spoke good english.
