Take you time and be pampered with excellent service, the staff know what you want before you even know yourself. The friendly welcoming staff make you feel like an old friend.
I would highly recommend Scenic Mekong Cruise, the staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was so delicious.

Friendly, not intrusive and always inquiring about our enjoyment of the cruise and the tours.
Our Amsterdam to Budapest was the most amazing holiday we have ever done. There was nothing to fault - service, room, excursions, food (OMG, the food!).

Generally the staff were excellent but we did have one occasion where a staff member made an inappropriate and rude comment to my wife.
