Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to carefully pack the pots you bought a number of them were broken in transit and a small number were defective. Our pots are totally handmade and sometimes there are imperfections that we miss whilst checking before despatch. We always either refund or re-send pots when customers are unhappy or pots break in transit. We responded to your initial message within 90 minutes and your follow-up message 2 days later was responded to in 20 minutes. A refund was issued the next day.
