Unfortunately we had to pass this back through to the manufacturer to investigate as an out of box failure.

Helpful information, to get the right scale for our job. Arrived within 2 days of order. Couldn’t ask for more
I'd certainly recommend them as I found them to be extremely helpful, following up on questions very quickly, and addressing my order professionally.

Good service & good balances for our development kitchen, they take a couple of seconds to settle.
If you want instant results you have to pay for higher quality.
service was good.
Not over helpful in sorting a problem, although my fault they could have offered a better deal considering i was buying the correct weights again.

Unfortunately the costs of restocking customers incorrectly ordered items are financially costly to us and as such any enhancement to the deal was impossible.

We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the product.
Very good service, only one small niggle , the delivery note with the scales listed the test weight but it actually came separately- quick email confirmed it was not ‘missing’
