Gum resins vary massively in quality and mixes. These mixes whilst high quality are not for everyone. They are either purchased what we call straight or in combination form. The combinations like 'Meditation' offer a very old recipe of gum resins to be utilised to invoke a meditative space. Very specific and for some straight eg Copal or Frankincense can offer the desired effect rather than the mixes. Its a personal preference.

Another really good way to create space in a desired way is burning or cold water diffusing essential oils.
