Hello My sincerest apologies that the courier did not deliver your boxed items, we do dispatch all items together and we do ask them to deliver all in one drop ideally, however we cannot guarantee this unfortunately. I can see that this was raised with our customer service team on the 12/10 and we raised your refund on the 13/10, I am glad to see that we resolved this issue so efficiently for you. Thank you very much for such valuable feedback, this will be used to improve our services going forwards. All the very best from all of the team at R4R :)
