Thank you very much :)

Thank you :)

Hello Thank you very much for such valuable feedback this will be used to improve our services going forwards. We do always roll our rubber but because we need the packages to be no longer than a metre we have to roll and fold unfortunately. All the very best from all of the team here at R4R :)

Thank you very much, we are really pleased you found the whole process easy and accessible. All the very best from everyone here at R4R :)

Hello My sincerest apologies for issues encountered with your delivery I can see that your order was processed on the 9th November and delivery should have been with you by 15th (4th working day) as per our standard delivery timescale. I can see that unfortunately you advised that you needed the delivery by the 14th (3rd working day) but this was not possible with Tuffnells as this was an offshore location. I am happy to see how promptly our customer services team helped as well as they could and kept you informed the whole way and this is now resolved. Please be mindful that deliveries to offshore locations do usually take longer as im sure you are aware. Thank you very much for such valuable feedback, this will be used to improve our services going forwards we really do appreciate it. All the very best from all of the team here at R4R.

Thank you very much for such lovely feedback, we will pass this onto Jayden :).
