I don't know what Stressless site you are trying to register on but if you go to http://www.ekornes.co.uk/customer-care/guarantee-registration this should work. Stressless do have different sites for other countries and you may be trying to register in the USA.

The site I was using is the one that you are asked to use in the multi language 'Congratulations' pamphlet that comes with the chair, namely 'www.stressless-world.com'. Perhaps something different should be sent out to UK customers! I have successfully used the site you mention. Thanks for that.

The delivery was prompt, post order queries were answered without fuss and the delivery team were helpful in speedily installing my mattress via an awkward staircase.
