Trip to the IOW was excellent, good boarding and onboard services. The return was dissapointing. It was a 6.30 ferry, so dinner time. There was no hot food on offer wjthin 10minites of the journey...

It was an a absolutely safe and quick trip. The premises of the boat are fantastic The customer service very kind.

Everything was very easy and straight forward. The prices were reasonable. The facilities on board are clean.

Increasing gaps between afternoon and evening services are a pain. If the 18.30 from Southampton could be 5 mins later you give commuters off the London train a chance. Otherwise we miss the...

Excellent service both ways, return journey slightly delayed but not the ferry companies fault, high winds and choppy sea's. Easy loading and disembarking both ways.
