Reliable, on time, friendly and helpful crews and terminal staff, clean, good food, cheaper but not as frequent as Wightlink. Quite frustrating if you just miss the booked ferry after a long car...

Having just read other travellers comments, most of which I agree with, I would wish to add a few notes.
I am a frequent traveller (6 crossings this week) and often find the passenger lounges too hot .... NEVER too cold.
Last night I had to go up to the open deck to cool off for a few moments, once I'd finished my meal... and yes dog owners... I must agree that this boat (the Falcon, I think?) does not have anywhere warm or lit upstairs at night. I soon went back down to B deck.
The 1800 crossing last night, Sunday, WAS overcrowded and, yes, there were families and others sitting on the floor. I appreciate that one boat is probably off for maintenance etc. but surely you can increase the regularity of the two boat service during the winter months.

Would have been substantially better had the coffee been drinkable.
Very good crossings on time with professional staff.
A pity about out of control children allowed to be disruptive to other passengers with lack of parental control.
I was back earlier than expected and was put on the next ferry without having to pay a fine = added value and makes the customer feel good.
The thing that irritates me the most is having to back up...
Ferries usually leave on time, employees are generally very helpful. Most crossings there are seats available and the quality of the food is of a good standard. More vehicle crossings would be...

Thank you for the feedback. We do have plans to address these issues in future refits but in the meantime your comments have been passed onto the Exec team for each ship.
