Greeting on check in was a refreshing change, a happy, cheerful lady in the booth deserves to be told what a great job she is doing. A smile makes all the difference, even more so at the start of a long hard week on a cold, miserable Monday morning.

Good service, friendly staff, extortionante food & drink!
Excellent services on both outward and return to the island on the 18/11.
We where booked on the 18.00 sailing to Cowes but arrived a few minutes before 16.30 and where able to get on this departure.
