Service was pleasant as normal, I do sometimes get a good morning gesture from random members of staff which at 6am in the morning is quite nice but not yesterday

Good website, efficient check-in and comfortable crossing and on time.
Smiley helpful staff - nice warm boat on a cold day - excellent cup of espresso - feels like RF knows I've had a long journey & need a break while still heading towards home!
Absolute rip off for business users - Costs more for me and my little vauxhall combo van than a ruddy great range rover with a number of passengers - How can this be? Surely the resource of a ferry...

Response does not address the issue of the difference between public and business costs.
The Red funnel website states that pricing is 'demand based' as is common in similar industries.
This in no way explains the price differences.
I am a sole trader so that makes my van private.

we had good crossings both ways ships were clean and tidy and staff were friendly
