instead of having to phone in advance each time, you can book online using your Travel Card and then on arrival at check-in tell the member of staff that you need to be placed on the main deck (Deck E). However, please try and arrive at the terminal 20-30 mins before the sailing time so you can placed in the correct lane. Many thanks for the review.

We would like to operate more sailings in winter but unfortunately with each ship in turn undergoing an annual dry docking and refit it's just not possible. Nevertheless thank you for your feedback.

The deck crews load the ship's based on what's booked but sometimes not everybody arrives in time for their sailing - traffic hold-ups being the most common reason. I hope this answers your question, thanks for travelling with us.
As good a service , but can't we do something about the quality of the steamer coffee's, refreshments, they are not only extremely expensive - captive customers. The drink quality is at best poor...
