Would suggest a quiet area where phone use and children are discouraged? or alternatively encourage/ create separate:
1) closed off family/ child area
2) and a phone booth section?

Thank you for the feedback. I'm not sure whether you mentioned the need for dog access at check-in but we apologise for not being able to meet your request onboard. It sounds as though it could have been handled better by the deck crew so we will follow this up. As you are probably aware, we have to keep the space between vehicles fairly tight to ensure all booked vehicles can be loaded - 1 to 2 metres can make a difference to the overall stow.
