Sailings have always been on time. The staff are always helpful and polite.
Always clean tidy, and foods good. Only gripe is that there's not enough seating during busy periods and I've spent a few crossings sitting on the floor!!!

We do sincerely apologise for this, unfortunately regulations prohibit the sale of Food & Beverage items if toilets are unavailable. This has been unprecedented problem which normally would have resulted in withdrawing the ship for repairs. However, with Red Osprey in refit we were unable to do this without cancelling sailings which would have caused huge delays. We will be contacting all affected customers separately by email over the next 7 days with an offer of compensation.
