Always on time. I was a caukhead but now live in Southampton. All my family live on the IOW, so I go over quite regularly.

Service onboard was good but a little slow serving at the Red Funnel food counter.
No seats on ferry due to coaches full of elderly having been allowed on first who took all seats. Travelling with an 18 mth old, this left us and other passengers unable to do anything other than sit...

We are investing £2m on Red Falcon in the New Year which will give 55% more inside seats and two new top deck lounges. If the design proves successful and is liked by customers we hope to make similar investments in Red Osprey and Red Eagle.
