Our ferry times were extremely busy on both journeys. Although we got seats other folks were not so lucky. Hopefully the upcoming update to the ferry will make a difference.
It seems that money is the only thing red funnel are interested in not comfort for passengers several seating booths have been removed to open up bar space meaning much needed seating is lacking....

This sounds great but and it's a big but,will your time tables show when this ferry is sailing so it can be booked by families or will it still be the luck of the draw as to what ferry we will be crammed on to.
My wife is currently handicapped recovering from a broken leg . The service we received with parking immediately adjacent to lift on both journeys was much appreciated and the well organised .
The ferry was packed and we had to stand most of the way
