Thank you. I assume that you already know which crossing we were on, but in case not - we travelled on the 12noon crossing from East Cowes to Southampton, so the traffic which was coming off the ferry had just come across from Southamptom, I assume on the 11am crossing - so it is whichever staff member was directing the traffic from that ferry. many thanks for the review, we are so sorry that we did not have enough seats and that the pet area was not up to standard. We are adding 55% more internal seats to Red Falcon in time for Easter next year so this should make a big difference.

Everything went smoothly going and coming home. Excellent service and on time.
I am an islander, and Red Funnel is very much my preferred ferry provider. Fares are expensive and the timing of sailings is often inconvenient, but overall, I prefer Red Funnel.
