They were very efficient and on the return journey it was no problem for them to allow us on an earlier ferry at no extra charge. Extremely helpful would use again.
Yesterday, Jan 6 I travelled from IOW to Soton for an appointment at SG Hospital. Due to delays at the hospital I missed the 1330 ferry by a few minutes. The lady staff member on the booking booth was helpful, smiley and without any moaning booked me on the 1500. Only downside I had over an hour to wait so spent £10 in the pub opposite for lunch !!!
Good value service, boat ran on time and service was good even during the busy Christmas period, and some very adverse weather! Would certainly travel via Red Funnel Ferries in the future.
