Ferry cancelled no email sent turned up 8.20 for 9.00 ferry to be told next one was 10.30 traveled home on wight link !!

Thank you for your comments, we have had a lot of feedback regards to seating on busy days. We are currently investing in this area of business and have released plans to re fit the Red Falcon, which will increase seating as well as modernise the seating are. After terrible drive we arrived at exactly 6pm. Drove to the gates and really kind female member of staff checked and then reopened gate to allow us on. It delayed the ferry leaving by one minute but...
