Easy to book on line and with number plate recognition booking in a breeze. Staff polite and efficient. Passenger lounge clean and well maintained. Would cross more often if just a little cheaper.

Good service on time and online booking system good
Boarding and positioning of our car both going and coming back was good, enough room left to get out and in of our car without it being likely to be hit by other car users.
Breakfast going out and...
No complaints - if there were, we'd move to Wight Link!!
BUT - do you have to have male cleaners in the Ladies, & female cleaners in the Gents (ie before we dock - hence we meet up face to face!!)?
Just wish the car ferries were more frequent that every 90 minutes. Also why don't both Red Funnel and Wightlink have a flat rate whatever time of day or year you're travelling.
