Another good trip. Dispite the weather lashing the deck and the red funnel operatives, they kept their professionalism and humour. Staff in the food area were quick, curteous and helpful as usual.
Booking online was quick and easy, staff at terminal were polite, we travelled on a day with very high winds and I was very impressed with the staff keeping us informed and walking around the ship...
It was lovely to find that we could now travel in comfort with the dog on Red Eagle. We were actually able to have a meal at a table in the warm comfortable surroundings of the upstairs lounge...
Very easy booking and travelling experience will use again, all staff very helpful: only downside is price of on board food and hot drinks. Wi-fi is free but can drop in and out.
