I had to pay £19 more to due to staying longer than the original short term booked times.
Whilst I agree there should be a bit more to pay for changing to this type,of travel but the ferry was not...

Thank you for your feedback, we do endeavour to load customers on a first come, first boarded basis however this does all depend on operational needs, load configurations and the timely and safe loading of the vessel, if you would like any further clarification on this please email us at post@redfunnel.co.uk
With regards to the issue of the passenger using an e-cigarette we are currently reviewing our policy on this and we will notify the onboard service managers that this happened on your journey. We do apologise if this affected your enjoyment of your journey.
